Every care has been taken to follow your instructions, but the final responsibility for the accuracy of this proof rests with YOU the client. Once you have submitted this form you have given approval for release of your final images - in the case where there are errors on the final images which were not alerted to on the attached proof - it is solely the client’s responsibility. Please check the proof thoroughly as liability by More Than Just Design is limited to corrections only as indicated on the proof.

Colour Reproduction Waiver

Since all computer monitors and devices display colour differently, we cannot guarantee print colours will match colours viewed on screen or when printed. For these reasons, we do not accept returns based on colour nor do we accept returns for approved proof errors.

I confirm that I have read and understood the information above and I understand that no liability will be attached to More Than Just Design for any colour inconsistencies, perceived or otherwise, between my supplied files and the final printed product.
